Well apparently Car Theft is and IC event but still I respected ER 1.2 and told my units to hold fire but the gangs kept shooting and Rpily we have to protect ourselves from getting slaughtered like that which can be seen in the POV :

How did u respect ER 1.2 when you as deputy said event is over at 20:19 and hold fire then 1 min later u said clap them all

If they break rules thats not an excuse for you to break it aswell , that wont do anything either than gives u a punishment as well as them
