Born in Cox Way (vinewood) Raihan grown up in vinewood in a rich family. He was so much good with studies and all. Since the his father was rich and reknowed person. His father had many enemies. One day while passing through ghetto some people got his father and killed him. So he was so young at that time and he was burning in the fire of revenge so he made some friends in ghetto and started taking training. when he was 20 he completed his training and was the highest command of gang.
After taking his fathers revenge he felt that he did wrong to people which he they dont deserve same like his father. So he decided to join Federal Investigation of bureau and server himself for the city.
He joined FIB at the age of 25 and he had been working for the department now he is a Assistant Director for his hard work. As he was in gang for a long time he used to earn soo much money at a time but FIB cant bring him the money. The habit of greediness somewhere still there is Raihan.
outcomes :
1) Raihan can carry his Id even when his is off duty so that he can be helped incase of any emergency.
2) Raihan can take a bribe of max to max 100k to improve his financial condition.
3) Raihan can pickup illegal weapons from operations and sell them at the Black Market.
4) Raihan can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer.
5) Raihan can release his friends/family members or also reduce their sentence.
6) Raihan can be a hostage with uniform for money.
7) Raihan can use truth serum on someone who he doesn't trust in order to torcher and interrogate

9) Raihan Can use his org weapons, armour and balaclava to respond to situation Quickly while he is off duty to help out other Leos.
10) Raihan Can go to Ghetto while off duty/Undercover and hang out with he's old Criminal friends in illegal activities (including ones with tattoos).
