2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
no 1 . as ex veteran National guard is always home for me . I have been in national guards more then 3 term specially i admire the working environment of the national guard . i try my best to collect a lot of experience and also a lot of information about national guard during every time when i am serving to the National guard and i have past experience in SAHP and LSPD , Government also . Main fact is National guards never disrespects any citizen in city and we remain this tradition in our organizations, am vey excited to continue my journey in National guards with all of my honorable soldiers , thats a great time for the experience of Role of the leader of national guard and faceing intense role play situation in Fort zancudo or out of Fort zancudo .
no 2 . National guards need more active in all days like provideing ammo run / candy run to all the state organizations ( SAHP , LSPD , FIB , GOV ) , take a crucial part in Black market raid with FIB and in Gang raid also , makeing sure a top class protection in the Fort zancudo base from raids by Gangstar , makeing sure the protection of Bank and Aircraft Carrier. and National Guard play a huge role in Martial law time in city i want that national guard play a very importent role in city by City pettroling ( land / air )in city during martial law withe he help of LSPD , FIB in los santos and SAHP , FIB in palito bay . i will make sure a daily regular ghetto petrol by National guards for cleaning the crime from the city a maximum number of ghetto petrol with or without help of State organization . attending the hostage situations and attending store robbery is must
no 3 . I want to make this term as highest paying remarkable term with maintaining the most proficiency in everybody . main goal is keep active 24/7 fo the National Guards and create a great experience for all of soldiers
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
no 1 : Main important thing in National guards is hireing the correct one not focous in quantity i want to focous in quality .Try to hire respected all ex member so they can give the proper guidance to fresher and give them proper training in national guards . Organising mass training like : Basic training , parachute training , heavy weapons training for make ensure our soldiers are capable to handle intence situations more over in this term every soldiers have to earn the post or rank by their ranks or post by wardwork and skill not by suggestions and favouritesam
no 2 : i want to make improve in roleplay situations of working with other state organization in time of martial law or without martial law in professional way and also make sure that our organization make no mistakes in that situation
no 3 : mainly focousing on hireing soldiers from all the time zone and make sure we attend all the essential events with max numbers of soldiers , and promotions are fully based on how much any soldier attend the events and takeing parts in protection of fort zancudo and in the basis of depertment task only , and all high command will make sure that no toxicity in organization and they must be polite with all junior to senior
no 4 . In the time of Martial law National Guard will make sure the maintaining of the law and order in the Depertment of Corrections and makeing roleplay situations more better in city wide petrol and Stop and search operations

HUMAN RESOURCE(HR): Human Resourse will make sure the proper training , documentations, planning prmotions / demotions , checking activity of soldiers, takeing interview and all this paper works in the organization . All of this depertment employee will ensure that all of Fresher Soldier meets the National Guards Recruitment rules .
SPECAIL RESPONCE TEAM (SRT) : Specail Responce Team is a group of highly trained and specially highly lethal weapon equipped Soldier who respond to emergencies requiring advanced Military tactics. this group attend all global / local events with a great tactics skill , this team speciality is this team of Military respond fast in situation . This units help other organization and own organization in Ammo run .
INTERNAL AFFAIRS AGENCY ( IAA) : Internal affairs Agency willl keep their supervission in logs , checking Bodycam, inspecting vechiles trunks, counting bonous , Daily duty count checks and they can investigation in depertments and Organization's corruption , licence check and background check regularly
AIRFORCE (AF) : Primary Responsibilities: Flying planes, conducting a maximum of air patrols daily (12 pm to 22 pm) to identify potential threats in the jurisdiction.
