2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be the leader of National Guard because I used to be LT General in Alfie Dior's term and I learnt a lot from that term. I will use my experience to lead National Guard to the top with unique training guides that the recruit can use to see how NG works. I will get on good terms with other organization leaders so the role play wont be affected. I have worked in every organization that this city can offer I was deputy chief of police, COS FIB and COS Government. BUT the only thing that's missing is being a leader. I was also in gangs I was deputy of Marabunta, under deputy of ballas, under deputy of vagos etc... I know all of the rules from state and crime.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I aim to put my mind, body, and soul into military operations with daily trainings that focus on physical fitness and formations, increase gate interactivity, multi-organization training to make all organizations cooperate with each other, and have internal trainings with all of the army divisions.
The recruit will receive unique training made by me. The training will make them do task before they can move to day 2 training. For Example the recruit will have to do 2 hours of gate keeping in able to move to the next training phase. There will be a little bonus at the end of there training to show them that this is what money you can earn at NG.
I will do weekly promotions to show the solders that I really do appreciate the work that they bring to National Guard. The ranks will be given out fairly no favoritism to anyone who I know. I will make sure every solder is not toxic or rude in any way to each other. When being toxic to someone. That person will want to leave the organization. If I find anyone being Toxic I will give a warning and If they do it again they get a strike. The main thing when being a leader is to keep your relationship with another organization on good terms. I will keep in contact with all of the leaders from different organization.
