I believe this person was standing in the middle of the road and was hit by me using a car which is meant to be on the road xD.

He then followed me to the post office and killed me, unarmed, checking the trunk space of my new car. Can we get a competency test done like a driving test so people in the city know you do not stand in the middle of the road just like you would not in real life.
