Approved RDM I 138810 + 108527

So i was coming back to city after a game crash, when i with no meaning to harm hold a gun in my hands. Then this guy (138810) came up to me and before saying anything he pulled up the gun, and started shooting. Ofc o did not want to die so i shot back and killed him. After i jumped in a strangers car, and got shot and killed from behind, for no reason at all. Both players did rdm and it is easy to see in the bodycam.

ID 46559 , ID 138810, ID 108527 will receive punishment for RDM / Gen Rule 6.15
ID 138810 will also receive punishment for Talking while dead
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.​
