2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? List 3 Reasons: I Was previously a HC in The Family’s and Bloods for many terms and learned a lot, I led many Hostage situations and many events. But once I saw that there was a lot of unfairness and favouritism I decided that this was a good opportunity for me to prove myself and show that I am a very good and trustworthy leader to any other Illegal ORG’S. I will be sure that EVERYONE will get the chance to get robs and I will NOT allow the same people to get a bunch of robs in a row, This will improve the amount of members we have by showing to everyone that no matter what rank they are, everyone will still have the same opportunities for robs and to lead store robberies.
2. If I become the leader of Families I will make sure everyone gets the rank they deserve based on them being Active and showing up to events. My leadership skills will allow this term to not get striked or punished in any way. I will be sure to recruit the right high commands so we can always be welcome to any civilian wanting to join the org (If they meet the requirements) and so that we don't get punished by anyone misbehaving and abusing the server rules. If me or any of the high commands catch anyone doing anything that can put our org on the line, They will be punished either in a de-rank or being fired on the spot if it is bad enough. I will be sure that everyone in Families knows the rules by giving them a little interview before joining, so they can show to me or my HC’s that they will not put our org on the line.
3. My last reason why I should be the leader of Families over any other participant is because I will make sure everyone gets their rank if they deserve it. I will be sure I hire the right HC’s for the job. I will also give bonuses if we succeed in any Events and or store robberies from 10k-15k a person. I will make sure I stock the warehouse whenever we are running low on guns/Ammunition so anyone who can't afford weapons will be able to get them during events and or hostage situations, This will also improve the numbers we have in many different ways.
3. How to improve RP:
1) To not miss any events. Events such as hostage situation's give the LEO's some fun RP as well as Families / Gang
2) Get rid of toxicity, this will help improve our RP. Anyone who's toxic during robbery's or in the club chat will receive a insta demotion. As toxicity leads to issues.
3) To not have favouritism, favouritism can cause issues within the org so favouritism will not be tolerated anyone who is given free promotions will be demoted to the correct rank.
4) Bonuses, i know most gang's already do but i will have a bonus system for all Families members who attend events (Subs, Store Robbery's, Hostage Situation) will get a bonus from 10-15k Each time.
5) keep stocking the WH, I know some times people cant Offord weapons so i will keep stocking the warehouse up so everyone get a fair opportunity in events.
