I believe this decision is unjustified and does not accurately reflect my current capabilities and commitment to serving in the EMS field.

First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that the incident in question happened three months ago. While I acknowledge the importance of upholding professionalism and appropriate conduct, it is crucial to consider the context and circumstances surrounding the occurrence. Since that incident, I have taken significant steps to reflect on my behavior and actively work towards improving my communication skills and professionalism.
