I was driving around because I heard shots then out of nowhere I'm blown up.

On the second clip you can clearly see someone running from down the street and he fires off one shot and its clearly an explosive shot.

This completely ruined my RP experience and I hope you can get this player removed from our city.

I reported same guy to admins that he was shooting in arena and ppl got blown up , to which admins replied “ what u mean by blown up “ and he was not banned
