Additional information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I have been the leader of FIB for 4 full terms at this point. However, not everything went as planned during theses 4 terms. I would like to improve and have another term that would be better than any of my previous ones. Correcting mistakes I've made and overall improving my leadership skills. I want to be the leader of FIB once again, to prove I improved as a leader, and to have the best FIB term of EN03.
2) I have great support from a lot of experienced individuals of EN03. I'm confident we will be able to have the best FIB term with a roster like ours. I already have people in my team that will handle HR, CID, and Spec Ops. Meaning we will always have great numbers, gang raids, ghetto patrols, and events attended. Our roster will make sure we raise the bar for the future FIB terms.
3) My approach to leadership differs with most other leaders. I like to prioritize teaching new players and improving quality of RolePlay inside the organization. To this day, people are using things I used to be teaching my employees long time ago. I want to prove my approach to leadership is the best and for that I would need to be a leader once again.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Cooperating with other organizations to have better results at events and increase the quality of staff.
2) Properly delegating responsibilities to responsible people in the organization.
3) Making sure everyone feels at home in FIB, being respected and treated properly is important to integrity of the organization in the eyes of employees.
4) Experimenting with new IC events to teach people new things about LEOs and have lots of fun doing unique things.
5) Making sure people in the org receive proper training so everyone is confident in performing their tasks.
Thank you for reading my application.
