As you can see in the pov i applied brakes before hitting the taxi guy it was due to lag that the car stopped a bit late . So i am not supposed to be punished for VDM. wrong decision by Rishav Raj

Rejected. Applied brakes when you were already next to a person so punishment for vdm stays as you deliberately tried to hit him and hit the brakes on purpose very late knowing that the car would not stop.
