Dear Admin team,
I'm Ariana Summers, I am writing to appeal for the ban imposed on my account for alleged violation of General Rule 1.3 (Scamming).
I acknowledge the severity of the rule and understand the importance of it.
However I assure you that this was result of a clerical error on my part, rather than an attempt to defraud other players. As you can see in this POV THE POV by the player posted.
I put up 4 Volex watches each for a standard price, I realized that there was a misunderstanding in the prices put up for the last 2 of them which were 8 mill instead of the standard price. I would like to highlight that as soon as I became aware of the mistake, I took immediate steps to rectify it and changed my price to standard prices for the entire day, the logs should prove the selling history, but to fair the items that were placed in the market belong to a legendary category their state value alone are $1 million above, As you see in their POV, i have only placed 5 watches in market each of a different kind, i would understand it be called a scam if the same product was repeated over in the stalls confusing the people.
Its disheartening to see why this would fall under scamming, I haven't physically interacted with any player, its an open market, the product is allotted in a separate category, if people like the item and price they purchase it, if not the market provides the seller phone number for negotiation and price reduction. I have literally had that price set for less than 10 to 15 mins and corrected it later, I really believe that I was not treated fairly in this situation.
Furthermore, I have taken measures to prevent such errors from occurring in the future, including double-checking all transactions and items that being placed.
I am sincerely committed to upholding the Rules and Regulation of the server and am willing to cooperate fully with any further investigation and clarification into this matter. I assure you that my intention is not to cause harm or disrupt the server guidelines but to enjoy a fair and enjoyable gaming experience alongside fellow players.
In conclusion, I humbly request you to reconsider of lifting my ban, I have stayed clear for a very long time, As you can see my ban history I have maintained a clean record, please give me an other chance to come back, i will abide by the rules. I'm willing to accept all consequences and even for a money wipe.
