He break same rule two times in two different situations and he give him 1 warning and he break general rule 6.4 and Green Zone Rule 1.1 two-two times.

GR 6.4 : 2 Times & GZ 1.1: 2 Times this makes it 4 warnings . How this admin give him only one warning he did mass rulebreak .
