I've been banned under general rule 1.1 for the alleged violation of sharing accounts, which I did not engage in. This occurred while I was outside my city (Dubai) while i was in Ras Al Khaima, and I believe there may be a misunderstanding or incorrect information. I respectfully request clarification regarding the ban, and if it cannot be explained, I kindly ask for the ban to be lifted. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
