Hello chief how are you, i hope you are fine.
this forum regarding the administratrs not taking any action against the player who breaking the state rule. In my pov you clealy see that player came with his personal car form any situation while he is on duty he using his personal car

i fill two time complaint letter but they didnt take action and supporting that player always who doing rule break
