1.I have been in this city for a long time, I have a lot of experience with illegal and legal organizations, but gangs have a special place for me and I want to lead a gang that will be the best of all time in this city. I learned a lot from their leaders, I think I know very well what they did wrong and what they did right, I will compile them and make a very good leadership. I am sure that I will be a leader who does not receive warnings, I will never allow people to be warned by the gang, I am experienced in these matters and I will have good communication with the gang members about this issue.
2.I will bring fair and equal rank system to everyone. I will not let people argue and fight with each other. I am very sensitive about this. I will try to make a difference as much as possible by using both my legal and illegal experiences. The more activities and events participation, the better. Thats why we will try to attend events every day. We will take care not to miss any events.I believe I will successfully lead this gang. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-Our gang will keep the role play exciting through clear communication and understanding of rules. We’ll organize events to enhance the role-playing experience. Regular training will develop skills, and recognizing contributions will motivate everyone. Let’s create a fun and dynamic environment where every member can contribute.
2. Making sure that all members perform proper role-play. I will actively encourage members to explore new ideas, improvise, and challenge themselves towards innovative role-play situations. Also taking only knowledgeable players who know how to proceed in events.
3.If participation in out-of-game communication channels such as Discord or forums will enhance the role-play experience for gang members, not during RP situations and planning. If anyone steal or sell any kind of weapons taken from gang will be punished according to server rules and also going to every single logs who take guns where they use.
4. My main goal is to establish Our gang on Top within the Los Santos Vagos, creating a strong bond among members. I will demonstrate my loyalty and trustworthiness towards the gang and expect the same from all the members. If anyone leaks any gang related information going to punish and get blacklist from gang also.
