Additional information
1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I've been a member of Grand RP for a while now. I've done my RP work, I've co-led a family, I've been a DOC warden under Ryan Slater, a lawyer, seen PD and also gangs. For me, it's not the job I do that made RP what it is, it's the people. Most of the people I used to play with have since left, so it would be nice to feel a purpose in Grand again.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Warden, USSS inspector, senior state attorney, LSPD officer, high command in vagos and marabunta
3. What are your strengths?
I always adapt to others needs, so if there's an issue, I'm normally the voice of reason and hear both sides of a story. I'd say I'm quite disciplined in procedures and work well with them. I have always been able to work from my own initiative as I am required to daily with my IRL work. I am usually able to calm situations and provide explanation as to why something is correct/incorrect. I love teamwork, but I'm also able to just "get on with it"
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes a weakness, others a strength - I can be hard on myself. This makes me see that there is always room for improvement in what I do
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I am very quick thinking, this comes with my work nature which I am happy to provide in a DM. Also due to my work, I'm able to see issues and preventative measures. I can speak two languages and currently learning a third (Serbian), so I believe my fluency could help on any form of miscommunication. I am always thinking about new ways to make something work better/easier.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes. None are owned currently.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No. I did have one recently - but that has since passed.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I love Grand, its players, its admins, and I just want to see it continue in the direction it is going. Thank you!
