2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
.Dominance: Me being a gang leader of vagos I want to make our gang dominance in the city people should need to scare from us like whenever they see vagos guys or cars they should come in a tensed situation and have fear that they do rob or kidnap us, Everyone in the whole city should know if they caught by vagos how harsh consequences they will go through.
. Financial Condition: If I will be the leader of vagos I will for sure make our gang the richest amongst others. How? By robbing people inside of the ghetto and outside of city especially leos , will attend events with max numbers so that we can win and get supplies and further money from it and stealing experience cars and all this stuff will attract more people to join vagos.How? If our gang will get richer the bonus amount will be higher and we know everyone here is working for money no matters if his/her work is a white collar work or a black collar.
. Experience: I want to be the leader of vagos because I have been a HC in both legal as well as in illegal orgs but never experienced the leader responsibility and how hard or easy a leadership is and I wanna experience this and make our gang the top notch gang in all manner.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
.My advice will be like no one in the gang or in the city should be toxic if there is one action should be taken for ic situation ic action for ooc situation ooc action.
.No one in the gang should have the power influence of their ranks to their lower ranks.
.Will make few groups to do graffiti so that the graffiti bonus should be on its peak everytime to encourage new people to join us and old ones to be stay.
.There should not be a group of few person who are at high ranks and making there group dominance in the gang and taking there friends into the gang even if they do know the rules.
.Will get the max numbers in the events and always be on top in the events.
.Will give max bonuses.
.Will provide guns and ammo 24/7.
