2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of marabunta because when I came to en3 for a new chapter I gain experience in en3 and since I’ve been in en3 I’ve been a 2x bloods 1x Vagos 1x Ballas under deputy.
- Another reason I want to be leader is to help people gain experience and have fun.
- Last reason I want to be leader is because I will speak to other gangs leader and try and put side together to make a hostage situation and give everyone the best role play possible
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will not give any special treatment to my friends if I get leader I will give them rank based on their experience and knowledge. I’ve seen so many people give their friends good rank and sometimes they don’t know the basic rules.
- I will give out daily good bonuses for those who turns up to events.
- I will make a graffiti team so we have people who does graffiti and they will get good bonuses
