Life Story: Born into a high income family in central London in 1991, Humphrey had always been spoiled as a child. Still traumatised from years ago, instead of attending a prestigious university Humphrey went down a dark hole of gambling addiction where he lost 90% of his trust fund, this lead him with no other option than to join the police academy...
Career Story: Soon after joining the police academy, Humphrey become aware of the other cadets and new he had to rise to the top by out-working them. He quickly became the best cadet in the in the district. he quickly gained promotions faster than everyone else to the point where he was a successful Special Task Force Operative. Due to his history of wealth, Humphrey noticed being an LEO did not pay how he expected and he hated how this high-ups had more money than him ,which lead to him becoming corrupt.
Outcomes:
1. Humphrey can torture and Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation )
2. Humphrey can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. Humphrey can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4. Humphrey can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG) or illegal weapons, both on and off duty, expanding his arsenal as he sees fit.
