Approved ID 42191 N word and VDM

I was on duty LSPD and was writing fines to vehicles. The owner of one of the vehicles came up to me after i wrote him a fine and got into a small argument with me and kept saying the n word. After that situation i clipped it and was on the sidewalk writing out my citation logs when the same man purposely ran me over with his vehicle.

• ID 42191 will receive a punishment for general rules 6.23 and VDM
• In the provided clip, it is clear that player 42191 broke rules 6.23 by using a prohibited word as well as hitting you with their vehicle.
