Rejected Harassment | 16093, 61373

Basically, I am from Government. I was doing my job & I hired Mr Frank Bellic (61373). I forgot to make him sign the charter. After an hour or so, he came & I asked him to sign up the charter. He refused me & was not complying. Secondly, as I passed the charter to Frank ICly, he passed it to another player (16093) who was near us. He harassed me & started dancing in front of me, I asked him not to do so & gave him warning. He continued dancing & was harassing me. He also wrote something in /me command ICly which you can see at time: 2:00 - 2:40. Please take my report in to consideration.

We can say that these guys have done fail RP. Mr Frank Bellic (61373) after being a Government employee, has to comply with his officer. He didn`t did so. According to RP, he should do & comply with me. Also, player 16093 made me feel insulted.
