1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
First of all, I would like to explain in detail why I want to be a admin.
During the time I joined EN3, I was in 2 gangs and worked as a 22 rank in EMS. I was sending messages to the admins saying RDM, VDM etc. many times every day. I thought both the admin of this city and you need a helper.
I was asistance on EN1 but with the experience I have gained from having been in the admin team before, I will be able to progress faster and pass these trainings in a short time and help you.
During the time I spent on the EN3 server, I saw that there were a lot of players from my own country. Yes, English is spoken on this server, but I thought it would be useful to explain the mistakes they made and warn them not to do it again. Because it is not beneficial to just punish. It would be good to explain why we punish.
I was in EN1, 4 term NG, 1 term LSPD and 1 term SAHP. And I worked in the HRT department in all of them, because I taught people the rules of the game and explained that it would be more fun as long as they took the rules into consideration and RP this way. I was also in families, ballas, bloods, marabunta in EN1. I wanted to join EMS at EN3 because I wanted to try organizations that I did not know and had not experienced before. I was in ballas and bloods for 1-2 weeks before EMS. On EN3

My biggest weakness is that I don't pay much attention to details. And so there are things I skipp . But I am aware of this weakness of mine and I am trying to fix it.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I think the biggest contribution I will add to the admin team is my energy. I have endless energy and I am sure that we will do our best together with my other teammates.

I don't own any business
