Dear Adham and Bobby, I am writing to you today to bring to your attention an incident that occurred while I was playing your server. I would like to file a complaint regarding the actions of admins.
It all started when I was simply doing the 'ghetto clap' . Suddenly, a group of players approached me and started attacking and robbing me. I tried to comply with their demands. I noticed that Kavya Reddie, one of the admins, was present in the game at that time, but she did nothing to stop the situation. Eventually, they told me to run for my life, so I started walking away. However, one of the players followed me and killed me again. I was frustrated and confused as to why the admins were not taking any action. I decided to approach Kavya Reddie and ask her why she did not punish the player who killed me. After 3 mins John Barley, another admin, stepped in and told me that if I felt something was wrong, I could file a complaint. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I replied to John Barley by saying that he should not talk like an NPC . In response, he brought up a rule, 5.3, and told me that I was in violation of it. Confused, I asked him what exactly I did wrong. Instead of providing an explanation, he simply gave me a mute penalty for 'flooding.' I was already feeling targeted and unfairly treated, and this only added insult. I saying crying hard in CC for another guy, May be he thinking i said to him. But CC is also a IC thing i dont think so he take it to seriously.
