Rejected Appeal for unban

Hi,
I am permanently banned from server for general rule 1.1.
Honestly, I never knew I have ban untill today because my PC broke and I wasn't able to play on grandrp.
General rule 1.1 says that I shared my account with someone but that's not true, the only thing i did was played in local internet cafe. Today I installed gta after like 2-3 months after fixing my PC and that's why im writing today. Please, if it's possible to unban me so I can join my friends on grandrp. I will never login from any other PC ever again.
