Both of these guys went to this server event using org vehicle which is personal use (State Rule 5.11)
from the car license plate its belong to GOV. ( 5GOV491 )
Also how come leos attend these events on duty and kill citizens who they were suppose to protect?. as you see from the rude way these two reacted i dont think they give a shit about any citizen. and one of them was undercover using org items and both shooting ppl. (GR 6.4)
