hello sir i was in hq and he is shooting in hq and i said him he cant shoot in hq this stupid saying i am checking redux he was done this thing like 5 times from morning and he killed me and my friend in hq and he demoted my friend rank for asking why you killing in hq this guy is toxic in city

If you are standing at your HQ it is forbidden to start shooting from your own territory.

However, ID 430 will be punished for provoking.
