First of all, I extend my greetings. I am appealing the penalty imposed due to my use of the expression 'Arabic bum bum.' I did not use this expression with any racist intent, and I employed it because the person in question, Mustafa, is of Arab descent. Mustafa and I share a habit of making jokes and using an informal language. This expression carries a personal joke and an internal meaning, without any basis in racism.Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that Mustafa is not uncomfortable with this expression. He also uses similar phrases and demonstrates an understanding attitude towards such jokes. This situation indicates that the intention and use of the expression in my statement are harmless. Additionally, in my real-life surroundings, I have Arab friends and acquaintances. I have never advocated racist thoughts in my relationships with them, and I did not use this expression in that context. Therefore, I stress that the intention in my statement is not related to racism, and I specify that the expression is part of a private language between Mustafa and me. In this context, I request an evaluation for the mitigation or removal of the penalty imposed due to my statement.
