2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become a leader because I think I have gained that much potential to be a leader now I have gained enough knowledge to lead a department like LSPD now as now I know everything we do in LSPD and how we run a organisation.
- I will make the org active as much as I can with my skills and I can guarantee that the term will be better then the last one when it is in my hands.
- I have been through all of the information and I know all the departments that LSPD have and I think I will manage all of them and lead the organisation as a leader. I am social with people and I know alot them who can hold these post and I trust there skills that they will be perfect as me in that job.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- i think it's not always about how we will run the term it is about how the newbies will have fun and engage with the rp and enjoy it. Many of the leaders I see always want players to have a good knowledge already so they don't get any problem while running a term but I think we should help players and teach them how grand rp works rather then firing from the org we should look into them and train them best as a leader i will try my best to get time and trains the trainee or have a eye on the hr department while they are giving the trainings. There will be no discrimination in my org everyone who will be accoired for the high command post there will be an interview for that and the best one will be given the rank not the one which I like but the one who has knowledge and wisdom to work on that post.
