There is no such rule that says you can`t kill a taxi driver in REDzone, i read all the rules, as you can see dude reported me for gr 6.24 but 6.24 says you can`t rob or kidnap taxi drivers etc.
That dude literally standed in red zone to play victim, he drove by from space place over and over again to get himself killed.
So i want to say you need to either add a general ghetto rule that says you can`t kill people doing starter jobs or unjail me.
