2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- When I joined LSPD for the first time, I felt a different atmosphere of work and the system of LSPD made me fall in love with it. I also have a vast experience of almost 1 month in LSPD being HOD, so during this course of time I learnt the values and qualities of a good and responsible leader.
- Due to my vast experience in LEO's and being High Command in every LEO except FIB, I know the working system and the environment and I have the values of being strong to my point and being determined and I am not scared of any gangs of something like that.
- I also want to make Los Santos crime free after all from the gangs and stuff. So, to accomplish this I would give the highest bonuses and recruit people as much as I can. I would do my best to protect this beautiful city and its citizens.
- I have 0 favoritism policy, so I will make High Command only those people who are active, capable and are working hard for the ORG. I would make sure my High Commands are working well and efficiently when I am not IC and if he/she doesn't works straight demotion from my side no excuses at all and if they are working hard regular promotions for them.
- At last, I would like to say that I spent most of my time in this city in LEO's only, so I know how to work together and co operate with other organizations. After all, the LEO's have a same mission which is to protect this beautiful city and it's citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Attend every single event which is happening in the city
- Give Higher Bonuses to keep the Organization active
- Ensuring a great and smooth RP experience with the other Organizations
- Arranging special events for the citizens through state waves so that they can enjoy a great RP experience
- Making only the responsible people High Commands and those who are working hard for the Organization
Departments which I will bring in my term -
A. Human Resource - They will recruit new individuals, take their interviews, make their logs and give them training so that they can work their best and do their duty which is protecting the citizens from the criminals.
B. Internal Affairs - They will regularly check the officer's logs, licenses, BGC, bodycams and try to reduce corruption as much as they can so that the organization works perfectly and smoothly.
C. SWAT - They will attend every event which are happening and give support to other LEO's by ground or air. They will also find and bursts canabis as much as possible to make the city safe.
D. Parking Enforcement - They will patrol around the city and will fine or tow the vehicles which are wrongly parked and arrest those people who are overspeeding or driving recklessly.
