My account was banned for Gen Rule 1.9, I was unaware that I wasn't able to sell the house to my friend in this way. I know now to educate myself and others with details on server rules and procedures with exchanges and purchases. I promise to never make mistake like this again and if i am confused about rules to message a admin for more information. I also agree to a money wipe to correct my wrong doings and to pay any taxes I didn't pay with this transaction. Thank you for your time and I hope to get pass this issue.
