Hello, Hope all is well.
I Got banned because of redux usage. I have been playing on the server for a long time, many hours and have always respected every single rule. I have been having texture issues and wanted to get a solution for this problem. I tried changing settings, I even bought extra memory ram. When nothing helped, I tried to find a redux that is legal and helpful since i seen and hear most of the people I pvp around use it.
If i find out the redux removes drug effect I instantly removed it.
i repeat never wanted to gain any advantage from redux. Neve going to use it again. What I do want to explain is, After checking ( and i will be more than happy to share my screen and get a pc check ). The redux I installed does not delete any vents. Those vents are there if I get close enough, If you look at the POV you can see that one of the vents is there ( the one that is closest to me as I'm shooting brotherhood). If i go closer to the vents, they appear. This was a texture loss, the vent not rendering for me and not my redux taking the vents away. If i go close to the vent its there, I did not know this would happen, I did not plan to fight at the drug lab specifically for the vents to be gone.
I would never want to put my gang, my family, or myself in danger of being called a cheater and getting banned. I know better than that. I did not come to this city to cheat my way around, ive spent real money and thousand of hours here, I know the rules and do my best to follow them all ( look at my history ) and this is why I ask you to please look into this and hopefully unban me.
I would very much appreciate a second chance regarding the situation. My history on this server has never been a bad one and this was beyond my control, I did not google a redux with the intention to remove objects and i dont think redux does that on purpose, its my bad CPU and GPU that screwed me over here and Ill do what I can to prove that to you. I was a part of the gang turf wars and know better than to jeopardize myself or my gang, I constantly provide POV's.
I simply installed a redux thinking it would help me with my rendering issues and all it did was apparently make it worse. I apologize for what may seem as abuse and cheating, this was never my intention. I want the server clean from cheaters just like everyone else
