I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to extend my deepest apologies for my actions that led to my ban. I fully acknowledge and accept responsibility for my behavior, and I want to express my genuine remorse for any disruption or inconvenience it may have caused to the community and the integrity of the game.
With the ongoing events with the same periode of my banishment,(the anniversary celebration, the Grand Coins event, and the remarkable 50-hour car).
I kindly request if it would be possible for you to consider permanently lifting my ban since it would mean a lot to me, especially with these many events going at the same time,
I want to assure you that I am fully committed to ensuring that such actions will not occur again in the future.
