2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) Keeping in mind that my age is jusy 17, I would greatly appreciate it if you can give me the benefit of doubt and let me amaze you with all the things I have planned and all the things I can do. I have been in many organizations on both LEO side and Criminal side and I have enjoy being in a gang so much and is some of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had in the city. I have always liked Vagos and done a lot of activities there with friends and had a great time being an under deputy and I made some friends along the way that are very nice and always willing to help you out and be there for you.
B) The last time Vagos had a term that finished with no disband was a long time ago and it is time to change things up around and bring this marvelous gang organization to the top like it should be. Vagos is one of the best criminal organizations out there between the other criminal orgs and I genuinely think it has a lot of potential, it just hasn't had the chance to shine up to all its glory and that is one of the reasons I am making this application, and I will bring the org to the top. Being a leader of an organization is something I have looked up to being one day and I am really looking forward to it and I am sure that I will complete my term successfully with no organization warnings and even break records never broken before!
C) I have a lot of experiences around the city and as a gang member such as being under deputy in every gang except for the BALLAS because I did not stay there for a long time and didn't like being there that much. I was going to be selected deputy by the leader at bloods in a past term but for reasons, I ended up leaving bloods.
I have good knowledge of both city rules and gang rules as I have been HC different organizations and have dealt with gang activity such as doing negotiations during hostage situations and store robberies and more!
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
A) I always make sure to put in time and effort and help anyone when they need it and I explain things in a very precise and clear way so they will understand it. I want to make the gang a good experience for everyone that joins it and I want to make sure they have a lot of fun. I will promote the organization and help to hire a lot of new members to this beloved org and make sure everyone will have a good experience and here and will hopefully want to come back one day.
B) When I become the new leader of Vagos, I will make sure everyone is doing their job properly and make sure there are no mistakes made when doing activities and events and I will finish the term off with no org warnings. I will take care of people that are new to the city and will teach them things they need to know to be in a gang so they can get a piece of all the fun and action of being a member Vagos.
C) I am looking forward to being the new leader of this gang as I have a lot more ideas and ways that I can improve the organization with and to make it a fun and enjoyable experience and a safe place and environment for everyone there. I will be active and will be leading events when I am in city and will put in a lot of effort into the organization and I can assure you all that I won't dissatisfy anyone with how I will run this organization.
Despite my OOC age, I am a very mature person for my age and able to get the job of a leader done and will put as much effort as I can into being a leader.
