Dear Admins,

Earlier this week I was banned for General Rule 1.7 and I am very sorry for passing money. I was not aware this was a rule before I had done it. I can’t describe how remorseful and dumb I feel. If I could get back into the game and be with family I would be forever grateful and would never EVER break any rules again. I have studied all the rules over and over. If I could have another chance to prove my worth to this city I would greatly appreciate it.
