2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I have experience of every legal organization and i can manage and run the organization smoothly as i have spent many terms in FIB as an high command and have experienced many things during these terms and which things were missing during the term i will implement those things in my term.
• As the leader of FIB, I want to assure all of my departments that they are working at their peak to ensure that everything is going great and there is no favoritism in giving ranks by my high commands.
• I'll ensure that the relationship between high commands and non-HCs is like a family so that things can work smoothly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
•We will ensure that when we recruit people, they are familiar with server rules so that there will be fewer rule bracks in RolePlay. We will also deal with strikes and warnings.
for ensuring that the agent is having bodycam of every situation he or she attends. Active IA group (Internal Affair) to look over the logs and check whether the agent is having criminal structure or not (weekly)
• Gang Raids, top priority job in FIB which is Gang raids we'll start doing gang raid within the first week of our term, For that we need UC Department: A Department which is very popular for unique,special Undercover agents which ensures to get most evidence they can get on all the active gangs. We'll teach the new agents about UC department and how to get evidence.
•Spec ops also known as special operations division, is a division that consists of good shooters and a group of agents with known tactics. We'll have a training session for them weekly, two or more times in the arena, to ensure that the agents in the division have a great shooting skill with perfection in it. HR (Human Resource) will ensure to have active HR&T to recruit applicants as well as ex-agents.
Will be making everyday announcements for the events and information so people are aware of whats going on in the city.
