15 Leo’s Vs 15 Gangs
This incident began when the head of EMS was heading home after a lengthy shift. However, during his journey back, an informant alerted gangs that the chief was traveling alone and heading to his residence. The gangs intercepted his vehicle and forcibly took him to their main headquarters, holding him hostage. They affixed a bomb jacket to the chief of EMS. Concurrently, an EMS employee observed the chief being kidnapped and discreetly dialed 911. Law enforcement officers promptly arrived at the gang's headquarters, only to discover that the timer on the bomb jacket had been activated, leaving them with a mere 15 minutes to rescue the chief of EMS.
