Approved banned because of anti-cheat 1004

Good day. I was playing Arena normally, and I changed my revolvers very quickly and then all of a sudden I got the message anticheat 1004 and then I went back in and had a perma ban. I would be very happy about positive answer LG. (I would never cheat and never have).
