Rejected Wrong Decision I Mazhor Pluxury

Hello dear Mazhor Pluxuryi post my pov about Gr 6.10 , you can see from forum and from situation is happened 14 hours ago before my Complaint, but Admin Mr. Sierra Victor said in there *2 days passed after a violation* But you can see its maximum 14 hours passed. And other words from Mr. Sierra Victor *also for forum rulebreaks punishment will be here not in city...* So My complaint is about Gr 6.10 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | Ban 1-7 days , Yes in here said be Punished in CIty, There are serious insults here and Move ic to OOC , so Gr6.10 is active this time for take care of this situation.
And i posted complaint about Admin but got reject without say anything
I want to learn how my forum can got reject the reason is ( 2 days passed) No 14 hours passed when i posted
I m trusting i will get answer about this

For this im here .And for translate please ask to the other Turkish Admins...
