Rejected NG looting in a gun fight and healing with gun out

Hello,

Multiple NG members looting during a mass gun fight, also an NG member healing with a gun out. A higher up of NG was also aware of this and was telling him not to heal with his gun out yet he still did it. NICE

Also didn't know a legal org such as NG are allowed to loot illegal weaponry....

upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to deny this report

As can be seen in the evidence clip there is an NG guy picking up items (guns/ammo) as stated in the rules

1.15 Looting in a gun fight is forbidden for state employees | Demorgan 120 min

its forbidden to loot during a gun fight in the video evidence it shows there are no shots being fired in the area you can not even hear any distant shots when the gun fight is over all state employees have to right to gather evidence by means of collecting weapons and ammo no where on the video clip shows anyone getting healed with a gun in there hands i deem there is insufficient evidence in this matter however NG will be spoken to about conducting correct RP when healing injured players
