One of mine so I'd like to keep them out of trouble here.

Below is an image of the moment you with the second gun was properly aimed at him, at this time he had crossed the barrier and was closer to his own friendlies (the guy who gets into the heli) than any other people meaning he was grouped.

It comes down to a fraction of a second as to whether we can technically say "Fear RP" can apply and it would in my opinion be unfair to punish this individual .
