Dear Bobby,
I was recently banned for ER 1.7 and I would like to appeal it. First of all, I'd like to mention that I already acknowledge my mistake and fully understand that I should have recorded the whole event and saved it for 48 hours as well as not rely/use the instant reply feature for recording events. This is also my first time getting punished for this rule, therefore I hope I can receive a chance to show that I have learnt my lesson.
In the same situation, since I only record the last 15 minutes, the administrator Chanush Movva requested my POV for possible NLR, I then provided my POV to him in curator chat however they refused to believe that this was my only POV and thought I was hiding something from them, so they proceeded to ban me for deceiving admins because it turned out that I came back to the situation after 14 mins and not 15 (which was miscalculations from my part) and not even I was aware that I broke NLR because I was sure of myself. Therefore they thought I didn't provide the full POV because I was hiding myself breaking NLR. That's all, thank you for your time.
