Hello
in this situation, we were behind this person and we shot at him. After that, he went away and then came back and we found him shooting at someone. I didn't see his car at first, and then I killed him, but I didn't kill him using a car. Did I break the VDM? Also i get my family warn and jail 120 minutes.

The proper decision and punishment is taken but the rule used is incorrect, punishment remains for cr unless you have POV proving dsync caused you not seeing the vehicle!
