2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A- First of all, I have always wanted to be the leader of an organization and lead it as well as I can and bring it to its strongest period, and in doing so, I want to gain new experiences and improve myself and provide opportunities for other people. And I'm good at leading a community, a team, keeping them in order. I've led and guided people many times before and I've always done it to the best of my ability and we've been successful. Another reason why I want to be a leader is to gain a new environment in the city and gain people's respect and become stronger. If I can be in this position, I will improve myself and make this gang the strongest. And I know a lot of people who will help me on this path and I trust them.
B- Enough experience on both sides. I have reached quite high levels in both the State and Crime sides of the city, and what both sides can do. I have adopted the tactics and strategies they use. For example, in many events where we are against gangs when we are on the State Side, I make strategic moves accordingly because I know and experience what they can do, and we usually win the event. The same is true when we are on the Crime side, we defeat the other side with logical moves. And these experiences will contribute a lot to us. We will make our gang stronger by using them and take the ghetto under our control. And our staff in our gang will be quite strong and experienced, and there will be people with a wide circle of people, which will make us all stronger. In addition, in my opinion, a leader should be both disciplined and active enough, always open to learning and never losing hope. And I believe I have these qualities.
C- Another reason why I want to be a leader is that I had the opportunity to chat with many leaders before and I learned a lot from them. And the opportunities they had and what they did attracted my attention and I said to myself that one day I will definitely be a leader and today I am here striving for that. I also attend a leadership interview before and there I saw my mistakes and tried to eliminate them one by one. And this interview contributed a lot to me. So we should never stop learning. After eliminating my deficiencies, I want to try my luck for ballas and I believe in myself and I ask you to give me a chance.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A- Clear communication and clear decisions. We must always communicate between our gang, so this is the key to success. If we don't communicate with each other and everyone does their own thing, we won't have any success. In other words, we should use the radio to give important information where necessary, in a short and concise way, so that we don't give people a headache and we can easily achieve success. We also need to be clear in our decisions when leading an event. If people are in doubt, they don't know what to do and they make mistakes. To avoid this, we should guide people by making clear decisions.
B- 100% Turf. I have great plans for Turf and we are going to assemble a team with good shooting skills, good beach skills and enough knowledge and experience to master it. This team will be united and there will be no small unnecessary annoying incidents and mistakes. One of our most important goals in the gang will be the turfs and we will put all our skills to the best of our abilities and overcome this job. We will also be careful not to break any rules while doing so.
C- Adequate Interaction and RP with Leos. In order to improve our rp level with Leos, we will do FZ Raid, Store/Gun Store, Hostage Situation, Highway Robbery at every opportunity and in this way we will gain more experience and improve our rp level. We will also give people opportunities to manage these events and improve themselves. And we will not allow rule violations while doing these.
D- Activity and favoritism issues. We will take steps to make sure that our gang is active at all hours, not just in the morning and we will control the ghetto at all hours and we will make sure that our gang participates in maximum numbers in all the activities that they have to participate in weekly. And the ghetto will not be a place where people can come and go easily, everyone will be afraid of ballast. We will also put an end to favoritism and favoritism in our gang. Everyone will be ranked according to their experience and knowledge. And people will not get high ranks just because they are someone's friend. Everyone will get what they deserve. And when we recruit someone new to our gang, we will put them through an interview to measure their knowledge. This way we will maintain the integrity of the gang.
E- Graffiti team. We will create a graffiti team with a great functioning and experienced leader. And we will try to keep the spray bonus above 10k every hour. In this way, people in our gang will be able to benefit from the money and get nice bonuses for being in this team. I am sure that it will be a great contribution to our gang and will also provide good opportunities for people.
F- End the term without warnings. Throughout the term we will make sure that people follow the rules and if anyone defies us, we will make sure that they are punished accordingly. This way we will avoid annoying warnings and punishments. I will personally supervise people every day to make sure this doesn't happen.
