Hello, And in the POV provided, we can also see a person reaching off-road with a sports car. As seen in the POV, the person could not take advantage of his collection limit of 3 slots per hour. there is a dirt road next to the area you guys were at he could have got there by that road. you were punished for fearRP because he gave you demands and pointed a gun at you and you still ignored it by runing past him to get the plant.. you need to fear for your life and you didnt care so thats why you were punished
