Life Story: In the city called Los Santos lived a man called berin king . He grew up with his dad and mom. Arno's mom was working in the San andreas Highway patrol and was a good and well known officer and he's dad worked in the Federal Investigation Bureau . meko grew up in a house where his parents told him that once he is old enough he need to leave the house and he's parents didnt loved him that much. He was used to live alone becuase he dad only came to house every second month and hes mom used to come in late at night. But once i saw my dad with a few a random guys and saw him gave money to the guy and got some weird stuff. So meko decided to leave the house and start to make his own money and to join the LSPD
Career Story: meko's Mom was apart of the LSPD and told him that he can start working with her at the LSPD . After 2 weeks of hard work, training and dedecation to his new job he started to gain trust of the people in charge and got premoted and earned more money. After a week where they watched berin king doing his job, meko got promoted to Cheif of Stuff and now that meko has the high ranks, he wants to become corrupt just like his dad and wants to make alot of money being corrupted.
Outcomes:
1- Fares Alsayed can help his friends/family members/10-15’s escape jail, reduce their sentence, remove from the wanted list, and take bribes up to 100k.
2- Fares Alsayed can lie to the suspect about calling them a lawyer, trick them into giving him money, and refuse to show any type of identification, such as passport/identification/licenses to conceal his identity.
3- Fares Alsayed has the ability to search for any bodycam using /try, and if found break it using /do. [up to 2 times per situation].
4-Fares Alsayed is able to sell/buy/use any legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the black market on/off duty.
5- Fares Alsayed can engage in any criminal activities and can break any IC law, including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention and Arrest while alone or with criminal friends while on/off duty. [No OOC rule breaks]
6-Fares Alsayed can arrest/capture anyone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge, and has the ability to frighten/disrespect anyone such as how gang members do. [Within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe] [Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10, and 6.19].
7- Fares Alsayed may conduct illegal searches without proper warrants, aiming not only to seize valuable items or cash from targeted individuals but also resort to falsifying documents, including arrest records and witness statements, in an attempt to frame innocent individuals or shield the guilty.
8- Fares Alsayed can go beyond his jurisdiction, enter the ghetto, and leak classified information to gangs/unofficial families for his benefit even being On/OFF Duty.
9- Fares Alsayed can drive any personal/family/sharing cars while on duty and can go offroad with any 4-door car and SUV. [No UB Driving]
10- Fares Alsayed can kill/interrogate/torture anyone, including other state officers if they don’t follow his demands, for his benefit and to protect himself from getting caught and cover his tracks. (torture ONLY by continuously beating them to death, shooting their legs, knees and hands, and tasing them continuously until they die of electro shocks.
