• Insufficient Evidence, I cannot punish the ID you requested for himself being killed and I see no evidence for an ID that killed him
• On the flip side I am going to be punishing 15066 for NonRP Cuffing/Powergaming, as well as yourself for dragging the suspect with a gun out.
