Objective:
Law Enforcement Officers: Protect the Governor, Deputy Governor, and attendees from the impending gang attack, neutralize the criminal threat, and ensure the summit proceeds smoothly. Safely evacuate the Governor and Deputy Governor from the island via a waiting plane. Initiate negotiations for their release and execute a rescue operation if negotiations fail.
Criminals: Successfully breach security, capture the VIPs, initiate a successful hostage negotiation, and engage in combat with law enforcement during the negotiation period.
Location:
Cayo Perico Island - a remote, fortified enclave ideal for private gatherings and discussions.
Resources Needed:
Assault Rifle Carbines and body armour for both law enforcement and criminals.
Escalades for the LEOs.
Limo for the LEOs.
Jugulars for the gangs.
Admin Requirements:
Ensure smooth transition to the island location.
Provide necessary equipment and support for both sides.
