I started recording after he started ramming me and everyone in that area. when I first contact the administration I forget to mention his id so I was following him to get his id. then I again contact administration with mention of its id. till the admin came it was all over as one guy was fed up with being rammed by that guy (id 129430). and he kills id 129430. And as the admin didn't see id129430 car raming he said me to upload POV in the forum
